Vanessa Filley will share a three hour workshop on creative process. We will begin with a brief artist talk and discuss thread as a foundational language. The afternoon will unfold as we develop stitching patterns and color palettes together, laying down base designs with watercolors and colored pencils before threading our work into a final form.
